The World of Warcraft Gold Secrets guide fulfills a role much like any decent gold guide - It attempts to categorize and explain all the possible methods of creating a positive flow of income(gold,) as opposed to the usual loss of gold most players endure at 70 from the growing cost of the auction house, potions, tradeskills, etc.
As far as those goals go the World of Warcraft Gold Secrets guide fulfills them quite nicely, content wise it’s jam-packed with an immense amount of gold-making stratagems, but that’s about it ever amounts to.
Content wise the guide excels, but details and ease of use for the provided strategies are extremely lacking, unfortunately, and also happen to be where it falls in comparison to the other gold guides.
Despite its initial appeal the World of Warcraft Gold Secrets guide fails to truly impress, giving the equivalent to a tantalizing overview of gold making secrets, but never delivering as you would expect it should.
Still, things aren’t all bad, and as far as some strategies such as playing the auction house or in particular the best grinding spots, the guide isn’t half-bad at all.
Honestly the only failing is that the writer simply needs to put a bit more work into teaching the reader how to fulfill the actual gold making process as opposed to simply providing guidelines.
