Dragonkin Menace (54+)
Quest NPC: Helendis Riverhorn
Location: Morgan's Vigil, Burning Steppes

This quest has you venturing outside of Morgan's Vigil to kill a few Dragonkin. All of them are quite close to the outpost and should be easy to find. Return to Helenis when your done.

You will need to kill:

15 Black Broodling's
10 Black Dragonspawn
4 Black Wyrmkin - Elite
1 Black Drake - Elite

The True Masters (54)
Quest NPC: Multiple Parts
Location: Morgan's Vigil, Burning Steppes
Helendis gives you a letter to bring from the burning steppes to Lakeshire and give to Magistrate Solomon. From there you go to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon and talk to him then back to the Magistrate. Finally you go to Marshal Maxwell at Morgan's Vigil and receive a quest to talk to Ragged John at Flame Crest in North Burning Steppes. From there you return to Maxwell for your next assignment.

Marshal Windsor (54+)
Quest NPC: Marshal Maxwell
Location: Morgan's Vigil, Burning Steppes
You talk to marshal maxwell and receive a quest to find out if Marshal Windsor is still alive. You'll have to fight through Blackrock Depths to find him. He is imprisoned in a cell in the Detention Block. The Prison key is dropped by High Interrogator Gerstahn but also you can pick the door's lock.

Abandoned Hope (54+)
Quest NPC: Marshal Windsor
Location: Blackrock Depths
After talking to Marshal Windsor return to Marshal Maxwell at Morgan's Vigil.

A Crumpled Note (54+)
Quest NPC: Random Drop
Location: Blackrock Depths
After talking to Marshal Maxwell the quest line looks like it ends but actually you need a rather common drop off mobs in BRD to continue the quest line. When the note drops bring it to Marshal Windsor.

A Shred of Hope (58+)
Quest NPC: Marshal Windsor
Location: Blackrock Depths
Windsor asks you to reclaim his information from General Angerforge and Golem Lord Argelmach. 2 Bosses in other parts of BRD, this is only do-able in a 5-man group but is rather easy.

Jail Break! (58+)
Quest NPC: Marshal Windsor
Location: Blackrock Depths
This requires you to free Windsor and fight through several rings of monsters to get your way through the instance safely. This is only do-able in a 5-man group and Windsor is rather Fragile so be Careful.

Stormwind Rendevous (63+)
Quest NPC: Marshal Maxwell
Location: Morgan's Vigil, Burning Steppes
Go from the Burning Steppes to Stormwind to meet up with Windsor wait at the gate and he will ride up from elwynn forest.

The Great Masquerade (63+)
Quest NPC: Marshal Windsor
Location: Stormwind Gates
Follow Windsor to the gates and watch what happens. It's a rather exciting event.

The Dragon's Eye (63+)
Quest NPC: Highlord Bolvar Fordragon
Location: Stormwind Keep
Take Bolvar's medallion and head for winterspring. You need to talk to Haleh and she is on-top of a frozen mountain south of the frozen lake. To get to her either fight, sneak, or corpse run your way to the end of the cave and step on the blue run.

Drakefire Amulet (63+)
Quest NPC: Haleh
Location: Winterspring
The Final quest in this long quest line is to go to Blackrock mountain one last time and enter Upper Blackrock Spire. You will need to kill General Drakkisath and get some of his blood to finish the quest.

Note: The General only drops 2-4 blood at a time and you may not always get your blood off him if others grab it first.
