To begin your quest for Quel’Serrar you must first find the rather rare book
Foror’s Compendium of Dragon Slaying
Then you need to turn the book into Lorekeeper Lydros. He is found in the DM Library.
Talk to him to receive the Dull and Flat Elven Blade. Return the blade to him to accept the task.
He will then tell you what you must do to make Quel’Serrar. You will need to place the blade infront on onyxia when she is down around 20% hp or so. She will do a firebreath attack at some point which will fire the blade up.
You will then need to thrust the blade into her corpse when she is dead. Return to Lorekeeper Lydros and receive your reward.
